The eduGAIN CSIRTs hours of operation are generally restricted to regular business hours (Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 (CET/CEST)) Monday to Friday , except public holidays).
The eduGAIN CSIRT may also provide support outside business hours on a best effort basis.
