RESPONSIBLE: Content is defined and maintained by devops team.

eduroam devops team is responsible for operating and managing operational side of eduroam. Devops roadmap notes any outstanding activities from the "business as usual". Business as usual implies:

technical part: maintain and when needed adjust configurations and resolve user reported problems for:
- ETLR1, ETLR2
- monitor.eduroam.org portal, eduroam database, f-ticks, monitoring service and CAT
organisational part
- provide content for www.eduroam.org + eduroam wiki
- organise eduroam SG meetings
- liaise with GeGC
- liaise with JRA3
- expert level support for user questions received
