• Will we need a State of the Art section for the blueprint?

• From the requirements, do we address categories like "Privacy, legal issues, and policies" or "Training". DavidG noted there's other activities for this in AARC.

• We might need a placeholder for generic technology requirements, that might not have been captures within JRA1.1 (which was on users requirements)
