Will we need a State of the Art section for the blueprint?
From the requirements, do we address categories like "Privacy, legal issues, and policies" or "Training". DavidG noted there's other activities for this in AARC.
We might need a placeholder for generic technology requirements, that might not have been captures within JRA1.1 (which was on users requirements)
The overall TOC was found to be ok
